Product Availability
We do our best to keep products in stock, but availability is not guaranteed. In the event a product is out of stock after your purchase, we’ll contact you with an estimated restock time or issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers. Shipping times vary by location. Once your order is shipped, tracking info will be sent via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if we make a mistake (wrong item, grind, or order), we will promptly replace the item at no cost. For delivery issues outside our control (e.g., theft or carrier error), we cover replacement costs up to $25.
