REFUND POLICY

At Ladera Coffee Company, we care deeply about your coffee experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Coffee Products
Because our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for coffee purchases unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
If your coffee order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@laderacoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos, if applicable—we’ll make it right.
Merchandise & Non-Perishables
If you’re not satisfied with non-perishable items (like mugs, apparel, or gear), you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@laderacoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
